1. Introduction and Acceptance

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player") and bjc05 ("the Platform") governing your access to and use of the bjc05 online gaming platform at bjc05.vip. These Terms apply to all games, sports betting markets, promotions, payment transactions and support interactions conducted through the Platform.

By creating an account on bjc05 or continuing to use the Platform after any update to these Terms, you signify full and unconditional acceptance. If you do not accept these Terms, you must immediately cease using the Platform and close your account. bjc05 reserves the right to update these Terms at any time; updated Terms take effect on the date they are published.

3. Eligibility

Access to bjc05 is restricted to individuals who meet all of the following eligibility criteria. bjc05 reserves the right to verify eligibility at any time and to close accounts that do not satisfy these requirements.

  You must be at least 21 years of age. bjc05 enforces a strict 21+ policy and may request identity documents to verify age at any point during the account lifecycle.

  You must be accessing the Platform as an individual acting on your own behalf. Use of the Platform on behalf of a third party or any other entity is prohibited.

  You must not be accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction in which online gambling is prohibited. It is your sole responsibility to determine whether your use of the Platform is lawful in your location.

  You must not be an employee, contractor or immediate family member of a bjc05 employee. Such persons are prohibited from maintaining player accounts or participating in promotional offers.

4. Account Registration and Security

Each player may hold only one active account on bjc05 at any time. Duplicate accounts will result in account suspension and forfeiture of any associated balances pending investigation.

  You must provide accurate, complete and current information during registration, including your real name, date of birth and a valid Bangladesh mobile number. Providing false or misleading information constitutes a material breach of these Terms.

  You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. bjc05 will never ask for your password in any communication. If you suspect unauthorised access, contact [email protected] immediately.

  bjc05 may require KYC (Know Your Customer) verification before permitting withdrawal of funds or at any stage where identity verification is necessary under our internal risk policies. Required documents may include a government-issued photo ID and proof of ownership of the payment method used.

  Account balances are held in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). bjc05 does not maintain player funds in cryptocurrency or foreign currency. Your wallet balance reflects actual funds held on your behalf less any outstanding wagering obligations.

  Inactive accounts with no login activity for 12 consecutive months may be subject to an inactivity fee as notified by bjc05. bjc05 will provide prior written notice before applying any inactivity fee.

5. Deposits and Withdrawals

bjc05 supports deposits and withdrawals via major Bangladesh mobile banking platforms and international payment cards. All transactions are processed in BDT. The following rules apply to all financial transactions on the Platform.

Deposits

  The minimum single deposit is ৳100. bjc05 does not charge deposit fees; however, your mobile banking provider may apply their own transaction charges, which are the Player's responsibility.

  Deposits from payment methods not registered in the Player's name are not permitted. bjc05 will return funds received from third-party payment sources and may suspend the account pending investigation.

  By making a deposit, you confirm that the funds are from a legitimate personal source and that you are the lawful owner of those funds. bjc05 does not accept deposits derived from illegal activity.

Withdrawals

  The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. Withdrawals must be made to the same payment method used for the corresponding deposit (same-method policy). bjc05 does not process withdrawals to accounts or wallets different from those used to fund the Player's account.

  Withdrawal requests for verified accounts are typically processed within 15 minutes for bKash and Nagad. Requests requiring KYC review or fraud screening may take longer. bjc05 will notify the Player if additional processing time is required.

  bjc05 reserves the right to delay or decline a withdrawal request pending completion of identity or source-of-funds verification. The Player will be informed of the reason for any delay and the steps required to resolve it.

  Bonus funds are non-withdrawable until the applicable wagering requirement has been met in full. Real-money funds held separately from bonus balances may be withdrawn at any time, subject to the minimum withdrawal threshold and KYC status.

6. Bonuses and Promotions

bjc05 offers promotional bonuses to eligible players from time to time. All bonuses are subject to the following general conditions in addition to any promotion-specific terms published on the bjc05 Offers and Promotions page.

  All bonuses are subject to wagering requirements. The applicable wagering requirement multiplier for each bonus is stated in the individual promotion terms. Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn until the wagering requirement is satisfied in full.

  bjc05 may withdraw, modify or replace any promotion at any time without prior notice. Changes to ongoing promotions will not retrospectively affect bonus funds already credited to a Player's account before the change took effect.

  Only one bonus may be active per player at any given time unless otherwise stated in a specific promotion. Players must opt in to each promotion explicitly where an opt-in mechanism is provided.

  Abuse of promotional offers — including creating multiple accounts to claim multiple bonuses, arbitrage betting across promotional markets, or systematic exploitation of free spin offers — is prohibited and will result in immediate account closure and forfeiture of all associated bonuses and winnings.

  Welcome bonuses are available to new players only and may be claimed once per household and once per payment method. If bjc05 determines that a welcome bonus was claimed in contravention of this clause, bjc05 reserves the right to void the bonus and any winnings derived from it.

7. Gameplay and Fair Play

bjc05 provides games and betting markets sourced from licensed third-party software providers including Evolution Gaming, Pragmatic Play, PG Soft, Ezugi and Spribe. All game outcomes are determined by certified RNG technology or live dealer dealing processes, as applicable.

  All bets placed on bjc05 are final once confirmed by the system. bjc05 does not accept requests to cancel or amend a bet after acceptance, except where a game or market is voided in accordance with the relevant game or sports betting rules.

  In the event of a technical mal function, disconnection or platform error during a game session, bjc05 will endeavour to restore the session to its state immediately prior to the malfunction. Where this is not possible, bjc05 may void the affected round and refund the stake placed on that round.

  bjc05 reserves the right to void bets and withhold payouts where there is reasonable evidence of match-fixing, use of prohibited software, data feed errors affecting odds calculation, or any other irregularity that undermines the integrity of a market or game outcome.

  Sports betting markets are governed by the specific sports betting rules published on the bjc05 platform. Where a conflict exists between these general Terms and the sport-specific rules for a particular market, the sport-specific rules shall prevail for that market.

8. Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on bjc05. Breach of any of these prohibitions may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances and referral to relevant authorities where applicable.

  Using automated software, bots, scripts or any artificial intelligence tools to interact with the Platform, place bets or exploit game mechanics in a manner not available to ordinary players using a standard web browser.

  Colluding with other players or third parties to manipulate game outcomes, share account access or coordinate betting patterns to exploit promotional offers or RNG-based games.

  Depositing, wagering or withdrawing funds that are proceeds of criminal activity, money laundering or any other unlawful act. bjc05 cooperates fully with law enforcement agencies and financial intelligence units in any related investigation.

  Attempting to hack, reverse-engineer, disassemble or modify any component of the bjc05 platform, including its software, APIs, game clients or security systems.

  Engaging in abusive, threatening, discriminatory or harassing behaviour toward bjc05 staff or other players through any communication channel including live chat, email or the support ticket system.

9. Responsible Gaming

bjc05 is committed to responsible gaming. Every account holder has access to deposit limits, session time reminders and self-exclusion tools. Deposit limits may be set on a daily, weekly or monthly basis via account settings. Limits may be decreased at any time with immediate effect; increases are subject to a 48-hour cooling-off period before taking effect.

Self-exclusion requests are processed within 24 hours. During a self-exclusion period the Player's account is suspended and the Player cannot log in, deposit or place any wagers. bjc05 will suppress all marketing communications to an excluded Player for the duration of the exclusion. 10. Intellectual Property

All content on the bjc05 platform — including text, graphics, logos, button icons, images, audio clips, digital downloads, data compilations and software — is the exclusive property of bjc05 or its content and technology suppliers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. The bjc05 name and logo are trademarks of bjc05 and may not be used without prior written consent.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the bjc05 platform for personal, non-commercial gaming purposes only. This licence does not include the right to collect or use any content for commercial purposes, to reproduce, duplicate, copy or sell any part of the Platform, or to exploit the Platform for any purpose other than personal gaming.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, bjc05 excludes all liability for losses arising from your use of the Platform. The following specific limitations apply.

  bjc05 is not liable for any loss of profits, loss of business, loss of revenue, loss of anticipated savings, loss of goodwill, or any indirect, special or consequential loss howsoever arising from your use of, or inability to use, the Platform.

  bjc05 does not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted or error-free. bjc05 is not responsible for the content, accuracy or reliability of any third-party software or data feed used in connection with the Platform, including game engines supplied by software providers.

  Where bjc05 is found liable despite the foregoing exclusions, bjc05's total aggregate liability to any Player shall not exceed the total net deposits made by that Player to bjc05 in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

12. Amendments to These Terms

bjc05 reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Where an amendment is material — meaning it substantively affects Player rights, payment processing rules or game fairness standards — bjc05 will provide at least 7 days' advance notice by publishing the updated Terms at bjc05.vip/terms-conditions and, where practicable, by notifying active Players via email or SMS.

Your continued use of the Platform after the effective date of any amended Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not accept the revised Terms, you must cease using the Platform and may request account closure by contacting [email protected].

13. Governing Principles and Contact

bjc05 operates as an online gaming platform committed to fair play, player protection and data security. These Terms are intended to be interpreted consistently with those commitments. It is the Player's sole responsibility to determine the legality of their use of the Platform in their jurisdiction. All disputes arising from these Terms will be addressed by bjc05 in good faith, with the Player's interests and principles of fair resolution given due weight.
